COVID-19 Community Letter May 23, 2022
Dear Residents and families,
We are writing to provide you additional updates regarding COVID-19, or Coronavirus, and our continued preventive actions.
This letter is to notify you that four (4) residents have tested positive for COVID-19 on May 21, 2022. Nursing staff and the facility's primary care physician are closely monitoring all residents.
We have notified the local health department and continue to conduct bi-weekly COVID-19 testing of all staff. Testing of the residents will also align with staff testing until all residents are cleared.
The safety of our residents and families continues to be our top priority and we are doing all we can to protect those we serve. The aggressive infection control measures implemented continue to be our top priority and we appreciate everyone's support during this difficult time.
Please note, if a positive test result of a resident is produced, phone calls will be made directly to the resident family, guardian, and/or power of attorney. A letter will be mailed as well as an update posted on the website to all resident families, guardians, and/or powers of attorney informing of a positive case amongst our resident community.
In the meantime, please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns.
